This page explains what information is collected on this website, how it's used, and how it's protected. This site belongs to Yisroel Wachsman, a licensed Life & Health Insurance Advisor in New York and New Jersey.

Information I collect

When you use the contact, review, coverage-review, referral, or question forms, or the booking calendar on this site, I may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any message, question, or review you submit
• Details you choose to share about existing coverage (such as carrier, coverage amount, and premium)
• If you submit a referral, the name and contact details of the person you are referring
• Scheduling details if you book a call (handled by Calendly)

The calculators, quiz, checkup, and beneficiary checker run entirely in your browser. Your answers to those are not sent to me or stored anywhere.

I don't collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

This site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate (pages viewed, general location by country, device and browser type, and where visitors came from). Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage for this and does not track visitors across other sites.

How I use it

Information submitted through this site is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, or, if you submit a testimonial, potentially feature it on this website with your permission. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site uses a few outside services to operate:

• Formspree — processes and delivers form submissions to my email
• Calendly — handles call scheduling and calendar availability
• Netlify — hosts this website
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymous, cookie-free visit counts

Each of these services has its own privacy practices governing the data that passes through them.

Data retention

Messages and submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or maintain a record of our conversation, consistent with standard business practice.

Your choices

You can request that I delete any information you've submitted through this site at any time by emailing me directly.
